- Usually a diploma or B.Tech in agricultural or mechanical engineering, with hands-on hydraulics and diesel-engine experience.
- When do tractor companies hire the most?
- August to October, before Navratri and Diwali, when tractor sales peak.

- Yes. We hire dealer development managers who have appointed tractor or implement dealers in the same region, and we ask for the dealers they actually set up before sharing a profile.
- Do you hire for implement makers as well as tractor brands?
- Yes. Makers of rotavators, harvesters, sprayers, planters and power tillers need the same sales, dealer and service teams as tractor brands.
- What does AgriHires charge to hire for a tractor or farm machinery role?
- 8% to 13.5% of the hire's annual CTC, depending on the profile, with a free replacement if the hire leaves within 60 days of joining. You pay only for the hires you make; candidates never pay.
